Société Générale undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005. 

To this end, it shall implement the strategy and actions detailed in its multi-year plan which is currently being drawn up. 

This declaration of accessibility applies to Global Solution Center website

Compliance status

The Société Générale – Global Solution Center site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Double-A (AA) level due to the non-conformities and deviations listed below.

The compliance audit carried out by Ipedis reveals that the compliance rate is 65,63%:

Several elements of non-compliance are described in this document, some of which are recurrent on several pages: 

  • The ‘Go to content’ skip link does not work.
  • The logo image link contains a label via the aria-label attribute, but the image content is not included in this attribute.
  • The title of a certain section is not in a title tag. 
  • The PDF does not comply with the accessibility standards on the PDF Accessibility Checker (PAC).
  • The rest of the sub-menu content is not visible and cannot scroll in the responsive version.
  • The screen reader reads a link when the component opens a modal window.
  • Some content is partially visible when the content is in portrait.
  • An empty <p> tag is used to visually create space between paragraphs.
  • The informative image has no text alternative.
  • Insufficient contrast between text and background (< 4.5:1).
  • The page title and title hierarchy are not relevant
  • The title of the links does not allow the destination to be understood.
  • The elements visually represent a list, but are not recognised as such by the screen reader.
  • The submit button has a title similar to the field label.
  • Column headings and table row headings are not correctly vocalised by the screen reader.
  • Some videos do not have a text transcript.
  • Some videos do not have subtitles.
  • Decorative images in the content are not ignored by the screen reader.
  • The contrast between the text inside the image and the background is insufficient.
